Pros

It is a large oilfield company with several locations, that means that there are multiple opportunities to move around. Compensation is good, however there is a significant gap between senior management and the average employee.

Cons

The company is trying to integrate the business across divisions, but not doing a good job about managing the change. They are hiring many Ivy league executives taking key positions instead of developing their senior management through a well tough succession program.

Pros

Great 401K match compared to other places, Good people, culture is fairly laid back, work-life balance is good, yearly feedback, intern program seems organized.

Cons

Medical benefits not that good, Management sometimes clueless, not compensated well enough to stick around long-term, lack of governance for new business processes.
