Pros

Benefits and salary and above industry standard.

Cons

If you are not a transfer from another location, they will make it clear that you are not part of the club. In general, they will not return your calls, forget to invite you to meetings, and disregard your input. Just an overall negative environment.

Pros

Very positive thinking, bright individuals. Never did I feel like the smartest person in a room. People are pushing you to become better. Huge opportunities to grow within organization.

Cons

There is not such thing as a 9/80 here folks. It's part of the culture. They are understanding though, and do recognize when there is an emergency. They are pretty flexible.
