Pros

For the most part benefits are good but pay it about average. Although there appear to be plenty of opportunities for change and growth navigating it can be complicated and difficult to accomplish.

Cons

Working with HR is extremely difficult, very unresponsive to both current employees and potential employees. Competence and concern does not seem to be a part of the philosophy. Applying through the website is another black hole, matter goes in but nothing ever comes out.

Pros

- Good comprehensive benefits package. - Annual bonuses. Not great, but existent. - Salary is comparable to market, so brush up on your negotiation skills. You will get low-balled. - New for 2013: employees get 3 weeks vacation (>4 for tenured EEs). Employee retention strategy. - The people (if they're still there).

Cons

- Extremely high turnover in 2011-13 - unable to retain employees, esp. in the process division. - Inexperienced middle managers. - Subpar work life balance. Long hours/too much work that could be automated. - Work processes that change monthly. Lack of training and documentation to support. - Poor implementation of ERP system that does not fit the current business model. - Poor training which leads to poor job performance and job dissatisfaction (hence, the high turnover).

Pros

Cameron is a large company so there's room for growth.

Cons

Depending on your manager, they will work you like a dog and give you no additional pay or bonus to reflect the overtime. Some managers refuse to let their workers work into the wee hours of the night others will work you until 1 or 2 in the morning, with no break or food!!! HR has heard many complaints and has done NOTHING! they also don't keep your comments confidential so beware of this before you complain to HR. VERY HIGH turnover in my group. So if you ever get a interview be sure to question tenure of members of the group you will be working with. VERY IMPORTANT!!
