What makes this job awesome are my boss and work life balance. It's the best job and boss I have ever had and I hope to work here until I retire.

Cons

Some misunderstandings and miscommunication but does not affect me.

Health benefits is the best. It’s absolutely no cost for employee only. I’m able to go to a chiro, therapist, dentist, and PCP annually at basically a low cost and there’s high accrual rate to take time off for preventive care. My health has never been better. Work life balance is great also. I’ve worked in previous jobs that have burnt me out and this job has made me realize how important self-care and mental health is and how to properly balance it with work. Thankful for active presence of upper management to keep employees safe and happy with employee take out lunches or gifts and monthly updates on Covid during company all-staff meetings.
