Beautiful office, great location, flat organization, smart & fun colleagues, fun industry

Cons

On US marketing team, no opportunity for promotion, very lean team, shifts in strategy, no leadership vision, no accountability for senior leadership. So many talented people have departed the company in the last year for lack of development opportunities or have been forced out due to internal politics. There is a recent culture of CYA (cover your xxx).

The medical benefit is better than most companies

Cons

Low merit raises, lack of transparency from leadership, feedback is requested for optics, not for real change, low office morale due to layoffs which started in Feb 2025, benefit cuts, and again, low merit raises. Campari’s HR is also disorganized and the company lacks room for growth.

Fantastic Salary, Bonus and free snacks all a plus.

Cons

There seems to be no Company maturity. The lack of leadership and information sharing jeopardizes the company's operational success. There is no openness to change, and project management is not a core competency. The company is run by Italians, and it is almost impossible to grow if you are not in the "clique".
