Pros

Growing company via acquisitions and organic growth on some key brands. Offices are nice, location in San Francisco is a plus.

Cons

No strategic vision, short-term or long-term. Extremely lean on people, platforms, and resources. Upper management not qualified, nor engaged enough, to provide needed leadership. Accountability and sense of urgency isn't a priority with Campari America. Minimal room to grow.

Pros

Opportunity for international mobility. With continuous acquisitions globally opportunities abound for those who embrace international exposure. Staff can apply to any position of interest.

Cons

There is no self determination at the local offices. Major changes / restructuring takes place without any apparent rationale and local staff don't have a say. Morale is low and communication is amiss.

fast growing company, fast acting services, not very bureaucratic or politically oriented (although it is starting to happen as they gain scale. Great brands with huge potential all around. You can still make a difference.

Cons

Their international approach is becoming more and more to send italians out into the rest of the markets which may translate into less opportunities for growth for locals or other nationalities for.
