Pros

- Free Tickets to pro-sport games

Cons

- Leadership doesn't make sound decisions about the future of their subordinates - They call their work culture "entrepreneurial" since they do not work under a structure. I call it very chaotic and hard to navigate - Communication is a very weak in this organization - everything is very secretive and it operates under silos - Be prepared to work 10-12 hour days in order to get ahead in the organization (exact words of leadership) - They do not measure performance. If you succeed you won't know it but if you're failing be prepared to be ostracized in front of your peers. - The eCommerce/ Digital Marketing leaders do not know a thing about how the channels work, but inject how things should run without taking into consideration the professional guidance from their workers. -

Pros

People you work with and most of the customers are friendly

Cons

Corporate America mentality and management are treated like roalty, everyone else is just a number and treated like trash. The management has a huge ego problem and won't listen to anyone with common sense solutions. I worked for Camping World for 15 years and I have personally experienced the decline in the company since Marcus took over. Talking about the fakest person I've ever known who is a wanna be celeberty. This company only cares about the customer after they are screaming with anger and thinks giving them products or taking 10% of the bill is going to bring them back. If you care about your work quality then your constantly on a almost hourly basis bitched at about productivity and company profits. Just a terrible place to work when the technicians are under constant pressure all day and the managers take all the credit throwing you under the bus every chance they get

Pros

Working from home is the only plus

Cons

Marcus DOES NOT care about his employees. No 401k match (seriously, as rich as this company is) Forced to work holidays with no extra compensation Horrible PTO, no sick or mental health time Low pay Impossible to get a hold of HR Impossible to rise up They are constantly firing people in almost every location and department. Marcus sent out a survey that shows 40% of the 14,000 people admitted to not wanting to stay at this company long term...and he was surprised by that. OBVIOUSLY, you're going to have horrible short term help if you treat your employees like this.
