Flexible and laid back environment, friendly co-workers, and smart CEO. They are creating innovative products that will make a difference.

Cons

Bias. Heavy Mormon culture. As a start-up, no solid training--teach yourself and figure it out. I was laid off four weeks after I started without any notice or feedback. It was super unfair. And out of their first 10 clients, two of them were deals I was getting ready to close. Bad ethical practices.

Fun environment, dedicated to customer success, lots of opportunities to take on new responsibilities, recognizes good work, fantastic leadership, supportive co-workers, high involvement in the ed tech community, growing quickly

Cons

Very agile workplace- slow movers will not make it. Less structured since it is a startup company. This can be good for personal growth, but bad if you're used to a more controlled environment.

CampusLogic provides a fun, collaborative working environment with a high-level of autonomy. There are many opportunities to take on roles and responsibilities you otherwise might not get at other companies in a similar role.

Cons

CampusLogic moves at a fast pace and if you're not prepared for that environment, it can be tough. A high-growth environment is not for everyone.
