Cons
Long hours, ineffective management, and positions aren’t back filled quickly enough, leaving others to take on unrealistic workloads. Leadership has finally decided not to add a new project this year which was the right decision but we already took on too much and the damage has been done. Constant reorgs with the wrong people, process changes that don’t make sense (disguised as “growing pains” but really they just don’t know what they’re doing), and a facade of helpfulness and collaboration that can be soul crushing. The values are great if you practice them. There are too many people who who fall short on living them. Unfortunately, many of those are part of leadership.
