5days force leave in August, wasting time and energy in the whole organization every year to arrange the summer break to reduce disruption in operations. all functions in the organization work to get revenue, completely revenue driven, cut critical regional roles due to cost saving, back office and operations have minimum support to run daily work, no resources to work on improvement. Project priorities keep changing, management doesn't sustain to drive project for more than 1 year, long terms plan not success to make change and improvement in the organization. too many meetings to discuss than to work out the deliverables, no process governance to maintain the agreed process.
