The environment is toxic, full of cliques, and full of gossip both within clinics and at the corporate level. There is little regards for work-life balance, genuine patient care, organic company growth, and the safety of the employee environment. They are much more concerned that you are pleasing management and corporate to inappropriate extents. No real management, everyone is there today not due to professional experience, mostly family members and friends.

If you want a long term career, stay away from them. Some in management knows nothing, most of the time they're friends of someone or the son of a doctor of a clinic they acquired and happens to be under qualified for the job, figuring out things on the go, growth ambitions from the upper management are a heavy toll for lower staff asked to work overtime and very often not paid accordingly, benefits are not great either just the basic.
