Pros

There's nothing positive about this company

Cons

Hopefully I have enough room for this. The owner and his mission is a complete JOKE, he's all about business not patient care. They always brag about their big boats and fancy cars to buyers to lure them to a "rich future" The people in the company will help you grow if you're either family, friend and Cuban. If you're not either one of them you are SCREWED you have no value to them. They like to advertise they have in-home doctors yet they barely speak English. They promise you bonuses which the office staff never received but other company staff gets them? They don't even give you a Holiday bonus yet the company is making so much money. The staff is way underpaid and raises are just a few cents, 15 cents being the highest. The contracts are a joke. They scam out the Insurance to get more money. They simply don't care for the employees nor patients When you try leaving they try to offer you stocks in order to stay. Leaving this company is the best decision I made. Hopefully people don't get played into joining this company nor the patient

Pros

Fast growing. Always work to be done. No downtime to get bored.

Cons

Runs like a third world country organization. Lots of favoritism and nepotism. If you are a friend or family of the execs, you will get a job. Doesn't matter if you have zero experience or knowledge about the role. Micromanagement for the rest of the staff. If you are not a favorite, be prepared to have someone looking over your shoulder and questioning everything you do at all times. Very unprofessional environment. Also, hardly anyone speaks English. If they do, it is very limited and difficult to understand.

Pros

I was able to work from home a few times.

Cons

My first month there I was told to only verify a few numbers on accounts, making sure they were linked correctly.. I was given a tasks that was not under my name. Besides that I was basically left alone in my department the first month I was there. I would ask question and always get different answers which made a few things confusing. My second month there they "trained me" for about a week and then I was sent out of town with two other colleagues, not being fully trained very well at all. My two colleagues would leave me by my self at every center. They would appear to say hello, stay for about an hour or so, briefly assisting me before the would leave. I was able to launch all locations just fine, sometimes stay a bit over time to make sure I did everything right. Even after all that, my supervisor deemed me "not a good fit" and yet offered me a much lower position at a much lower pay .... HR was not helpful to me at all, I had sent several emails about an unemployment document they needed to fill out. It's also been 4 months and I am still waiting for one of my reimbursement checks. I have called and email about this matter with no responds. The company seems to be unorganized as i have never had to deal with such complications as I did working for Cano Health.
