Pros

I have been working for Cano Health for about 2 years and I have never seen the amount of professionalism and appreciation we show for each other as a team. We understand each other and most importantly, the love and affection we show our patients is in another level.

Cons

As a company itself we need a lot to work on everyday but we learn from our mistakes and we move on. We are definitely not perfect, but we try to be in every aspect. Keep in mind we are #1 in Healthcare in the U.S as rated by Inc. 500!! :)

I have been working with Cano Health for almost a year. I always look forward to coming to work. My coworkers are always willing to help, and we always find a way to make the day fun. The managers and human resources team is always there to help which makes any problems easy to get through

Cons

the lines to clock in and out in the new clocks makes everyone take longer to get back to work or go on their breaks. maybe put more clocks in the centers to help traffic

I’m not sure how that corporate offices are in Miami but is you’re looking to work in central Florida St. Cloud , Kissimmee or Orlando it’s just a mess . There’s favoritism, managers are unprofessional, Kissimmee manager is guetto and the St. Cloud one flirts with staff super inappropriate. Oh and not to mention pay sucks
