Pros

We get treated like family here. The staff is very friendly and hard working. The owner was very understanding of any concerns i have. There isn't an uninteresting day that goes by. I love working at Cano Health because the staff is funny, caring and the office really does put the patient first and mean well to the community.

the shifts were a weird schedule but they do try to best fit your schedule

Long hours, poor pay, unstable environment, basically you're worst fears come true. Everything there is short lived.
