Started with decent enough pay. Third party work is different, but not all that bad.

Cons

Zero raises after two years and two reviews. Covid has caused work to change a lot, in a difficult way, and there has been zero compensation for that. They care more about gaining accounts and money than their employees.

Incompetent direct manager, does not set clear expectations, but constantly criticizes that I did not deliver. Sets unrealistic deadlines without listening and trying to understand. Micromanager, does not trust employees. When I joined I was surprised at the high turnover, now it is clear to me why. I am happy I am now out of here, so as not being abused, mocked and traumatized anymore. Horrible experience.
