Pros

Learned a variety of skills from working at different sites. A lot of them were transferable skills to future employment opportunities.

Cons

I was hired under the imperssion that I would be a receptionist with some mail handling. I ended up working in the basement mail room areas processing and distributing packages. It was awful. My background and skills were clerical and the job was sold to me as mostly clerical. Before I knew it, I was stuffing envelopes and processing packages in basement mail rooms with other disgruntled employees. Then they sell you on the opportunity to find a position with one of their clients. This is highly unlikely and rarely ever happens.

Pros

You start earning vacation from your first day of employment

Cons

They overwork the good employees , while other employees are allowed to sit around and do next to nothing all day. They offer overtime, but then complain when they have to pay you for it. The on site supervisor has meetings with the client and makes promises to them about the work, but then does not communicate with the employees. They want us to do whatever the clients asks us to do, without asking any questions or being properly trained. They expect 100 % perfection from us , while providing us only 50 % of the training that is needed. And when a mistake is made or a deadline is missed, it is always our fault.

Pros

The pay & benefits were decent.

Cons

They promise you so much and when you start it is nothing like what you expect. Huge turnover for Management. No co workers to work with in office. No direction. Training is unrelated to actual work you will be doing. O boarding process was terrible as well. Not sure if anyone else experienced, but I experienced racism from a manager. He also always spoke about how I was so young making so much money... in a demeaning tone.
