Pros

My coworkers are all so nice and willing to help out with any questions. Hybrid-only have to come into the office twice a week. Great benefits.

Cons

A lot of the current processes and systems used are outdated, causing more time to get a simple task done. They’re slowly turning that around.

Coworkers were friendly, no workplace drama, everyone is very helpful and supportive, seem to care about employees and offer random incentives often

Cons

Not enough pay and answering phones all day can be exhausting especially during busy seasons, holidays etc
