- Great benefits - Very fair time off, sick time, and unexpected absence policy - You definitely share a bond with the associates in the tenches with you - Never had a problem with management that seemed unfair or abusive - Company culture is actually pretty decent - Hires from within - Plenty of on the job assistance

Cons

- Scheduling treats you like a child. - Customers can be out of their minds - Trying to contribute to the company feels like yelling into the void - Job loses challenge eventually - You often feel chained to the desk - One often needs to ask permission to implement solutions for complex issues despite a company culture of "Empowerment"

Typical Call Center Environment/Decent Pay

If you enjoy call center work then you would like working here. Dispatching copy machine service and technical support for products in a call center environment that is not horrible.

Cons

Difficulty was with service providers contracted out. You had to rely on a company you had a contract with that did not always come through, you could get several calls in a day from a center that has still not heard from a technician to come out and fix their machine. This brought about unnecessary stress for all parties involved.
