Pros
The gym is a decent facility. The health insurance and prescription plans are solid and you can extend them to domestic partners.
Cons
I was employed at this company for five years and had a solid and effective performance record. There was no disciplinary action taken against me during my time there. That is until I did what this company and its senior managers asked of me and was then told I violated company policies they could not show me in writing. As a result of this I was wrongfully terminated for carrying out orders 9 months prior. Others at the same job level as me and higher did the exact same things with no consequences. This means you will be treated differently than others to appease the whims of senior management. Apparently, creating a hostile work environment serves their pleasure.
