Pros

Easy to take time off if needed. As long as others haven't taken the time off first. Well trained on all the products. Cafeteria on site. Mini Fitness center on site. Pot lucks

Cons

Call center enviornment. You don't get most holidays off Not a lot of opportunity to move up unless somebody quits. There really is not a defined career track for most of the positions.

It is a call center. The starting pay is too low for the work.

Pros

You don't get to talk to others much but the people there are friendly and are willing to help with any questions. They offered a good benefits package.

Cons

Trying to change your shift/schedule was done by "bidding" (pretty much, newbies get no say whatsoever, no matter the situation). Some supervisors were full of their selves.
