Pros

They had good health benefits.

Cons

Management from the VP level and down are afraid/unwilling/not allowed to make customer focused decisions. I have never experienced as much fear and micromanagement by an executive team. It literally takes sign off from the line manager, director, and VP of the division to get permission to take customers out to dinner. Unless, and this is encouraged, you want to use some or all of your $70 per day travel per diem on that customer’s meal. Too bad if you didn’t want to pay for your own breakfast and lunch while traveling.
