Pros

Good company, lots of support, easy sale.

Cons

Got laid off because of a company restructure. I out performed most the team in my time there and still was laid off.

Pros

Some good benefits but not much else.

Cons

Long working hours, Canon is a manufacturing company that does not understand service. No support from upper management. Direct Manager is a micro manager that runs everyone off, yet nothing is done to investigate way everyone left, also impossible to work for.

Pros

Decent compensation and benefits. Work life balance is respected. Management is involved and aware. Generally easy to get resources you need to accomplish tasks.

Cons

Upper management is slow to make decisions sometimes leading to things falling way behind, being forgotten about, or promises not being followed through on.
