Pros

Work from home, plus the technologies used are amazing. It's a pleasure. A lot of very smart people and you can feel the passion.

Cons

Some people doesn't want to adapt the product to Customer's needs... Canonical is improving, but that requires time for sure

Pros

Brilliant engineers, Travel, Work From Home, Great Pay and Vacation time.

Cons

Horrid conditions regarding company direction, seems to change weekly with the latest buzz-term out there. Management act like children (no shock there) and it's more about who you know than what you know. That's a nice way of saying some people there are just place holders or "yes-men"
