Pros

Met some great people but they are too great to be working here. Some interesting projects . My manager is great but upper management does not give a rats butt about the people at the bottom.

Cons

Terrible experience even in the application process to get the job. They ask for proof and specifically ask for your CSAT, GMAT, scores, High School & College GPA, school you went to and even for awards. SCHOOL does not make the person. Please replace who ever is running your HR. Terrible onboarding process when hired.

Pros

The most technical coworkers who truly care.

Cons

The CEO is a horrible person. He will threaten to fire you often, micromanage all projects with no knowledge of the project, he will expect you to fly three continuous weeks per quarter to have him yell at you and berate you. His CTO is inexperienced, but mimics the CEOs brutal tactics because he is a sycophant.

Pros

Work from home and decent salary

Cons

- Toxic CEO who bullies employees - CEO moonshots constantly fail he doesn’t listen to his employees - CEO abuses open source community and claims to support community but just uses them for free labor and talks internally about reducing investment in community
