Toxic, toxic, TOXIC management, lowest pay in the industry, expectations exceed said salary, management trickles down the BS they're fed from the executive team. Cross functionality of teams is abysmal, zero budget with the expectation to grow business by 200%+

The CEO is a bully who seems to revel in humiliating people in, often at company wide meetings. The CTO is woefully unqualified and thinks acting like the a bully, like the CEO is a key to success. Canonical hires amazing engineers and then won't let them use their knowledge and experience to propose solutions. You have to only do what the CEO and CTO come up with. To the above, if you or your team make ssomething useful, expect to have it torn apart so CEO can feel good about himself. The definition of toxicity.

Canonical is run single-handed by a CEO that does not understand people. He runs the company as a personal hegemony where the only opinion that counts is his. He has a tight group of trusted henchman that carry out his instructions without deviation or question. The, admittedly well-paid, pets in the zoo beneath do as instructed or leave in short order
