Cool thing about CapCenter is you can grow horizontally or vertically, expand your knowledge or exposure in other departments, or you can grow within your own thanks to career pathing!

Pros

There is a ton of opportunity to develop yourself and your career. Whether that means moving to another department to learn more or get promoted within your department, that's up to you. The leaders listen to your ideas and help lay out what needs to happen to get to the next step. The benefits are the best I've seen: Low cost health insurance with low deductibles, automatic 401k contributions (without you having to contribute your own money), profit sharing, yearly bonuses, 3 weeks vacation, 9 holidays. It's the first company I've worked for where I feel like they care about your decision to work here and want to keep you around.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say. I know it's a cliché, but this job is actually super solid.
