While our CapTechers do not HAVE to go into the office, we certainly hope that they want to get together with their coworkers and enjoy the strong culture that you mentioned. The diverse work we do for our clients supports all levels of skills, and we work to get our college grads and entry -level employees involved in most of our projects.
