Putting employees first through the COVID crisis

Pros

Company had to make tough decisions and reduce salaries during the first few months of the COVID crisis, but we quickly rebounded and were able to return salaries to their normal levels within a couple of months. Leadership is looking out for everyone and puts the health of the company and its employees over their own financial gains. Company has a good and realistic plan to continue to thrive during this economic downturn and leadership is honest with its employees about the current and future situations.

Cons

The company is taking action to improve diversity, but until there are tangible results (hiring, staffing, promotions) that is a negative internally to CapTech and how they are seen to the outside world.

CapTech is truly a great company to work for. I have really enjoyed my time here and can see myself continuing to grow and plan to stay here for years to come. I am consistently being challenged, learning new skills, and interacting with exceptionally talented leaders and consultants across all of our practice areas. Additional Pros - Management Cares - Learning Opportunities / Paid Certifications - 401K Match - PTO Policy - Flexibility / Schedule Management - Management of Adversity during COVID-19 - Parental Policies, Parental Support Groups

CapTech is a rapidly growing company that allows for an entrepreneurial approach to identifying, proposing, and solving problems. With that being said, many decisions / actions are all governed by a smaller core group of leaders and processes are not always well defined. This can lead to unclear expectation. For clarity, Leadership is highly aware of this and are taking steps to improve based upon this feedback. With any Consulting organization, balancing internal responsibilities alongside Client responsibilities can be challenging. For clarity, CapTech understands this and remains flexible.
