Work life balance; Collaborative environment; Challenging projects; Many opportunities to learn

Cons

The one downside for working for CapTech that it is not yet a household name in the consulting world. That will come in time as CapTech continues to produce quality work for challenging projects.

Focus on sustainable growth and talent retention Wide range of clients in several regional markets and verticals Excellent account management and consultant support network Self-starter mentality rewarded, providing both opportunity and support to improve and extend Reasonably flat organizational structure with strong opportunity for growth and promotion

Cons

Every company has areas to improve upon, but CapTech has nothing I would set out as a specific Con for potential employees to consider. I have worked for a variety of consulting firms over the last 15 years, and none had the overall balance shifted as far into the positive as CapTech. I recommend CapTech with no reservations.
