We are fortunate that our people, our leadership, and our core values have created such a strong culture. To support our people and our culture, we are always evaluating and improving our benefits offering and how we approach Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB). We’re proud of the incredible work our DIB Council is doing and they, along with our Employee Resource Groups, and we’re excited to see how they grow in 2023. There are always challenges with growth as an organization, but we know we’re up for the task and will grow successfully together. -Katy Apostolides, Managing Director-HR

Pros

-Great culture of events/happy hours/get togethers that makes you feel like you are a part of a team outside of your project teams -Quick onboarding process for new hires that gets you in and out with ease -Good pay -Hybrid option - go in when you want, work from home when you want (offices are very nice and quiet, so a great place to see colleagues and get a lot of stuff done)

Cons

-With everyone working across the country on teams, it is definitely tough to create a sense of teamwork that you would get from all being the office

Thank you for taking a moment to highlight some of the things that make CapTech such a special and award-winning company. The pandemic certainly changed the landscape of how we all work, but CapTech has always been a place that values flexibility and work-life balance. We’ve embraced the hybrid model so that our people can work in a way that best suits them. Company events keep our culture alive and well and our people have the opportunity to work in the office, from home, or a mixture of both if they choose. Our culture was built on our core values and we’ll always work hard to maintain all the great things that make us who we are. -Katy Apostolides, Managing Director - HR

Pros

Company Culture is genuine and truly aligns with the organizations values. Growth and personal achievement are the focus of people management/leadership and it shows in the intentions of the leadership and priorities across all levels

Cons

It can be a very tight group and may at times feel a little exhausting in a self-driven way. Alignment to values and purpose at a higher level of meaning can be a powerful motivator and can lead to a desire to pour oneself into their work.

We appreciate your thoughtful review! We are proud of the culture we’ve built on the foundation of our core values like Servant Leadership, Trusted Advisor, and Belonging. Our leaders are incredibly focused on the enrichment and growth of their people, and we are happy to say that we offer multiple paths to development so our people can choose the best path for them. At the same time, we want our people to find a work-life balance that works for they way they want to work and live also. It’s part of our Employer Value Proposition and something we stand by. Thank you again for the review and for recognizing some of the greatest aspects of CapTech! -Katy Apostolides, Managing Director - HR
