CapTech has a culture of being obsessed about solving clients' problems while not taking ourselves too seriously. It's a laid back company with lots of people from other consulting firms (Accenture, Delloitte, PwC, Slalom) that loved consulting and solving problems for clients but were tired of travelling all over the country, and working 80 hour work weeks (and weekends).

Can't think of any right now! I love the place.

Pros

The work is interesting and provides real value to clients. Employees have autonomy to drive their career development and get involved in opportunities. Leadership takes time to elicit feedback and incorporate it to improve company operations.

Cons

There are some growing pains with national expansion and with that comes some roles that are less consulting and more staff aug. This is not the norm by any means, but this has been more noticeable over the last year.

CapTech developed as a Coaching and Feedback organization several years ago and we have made great progress in a short period of time. One of the goals of our Coaching culture is to foster individual growth and encourage our employees to drive their careers. We are so happy to hear that you feel valued.
