Pros

At first everything was fine and they appeared to be very forward thinking but after a while everything changed

Cons

Does not live up to the values on their corporate website. Training is just 2 days of general overview and they give you zero support unless you are a consultant. Very clique based culture, not geared towards introverts, those who have invisible disabilities, internal departments are far behind basic standards of a company of over 1,000 associates. Unless you are a consultant, avoid.

Thank you for your feedback. We have worked very hard to grow our business and retain our unique CapTech culture in the process. We recognize that with our fast growth, we need to scale our internal resources to best support our employees. In 2019, we look forward to further building our training and development opportunities so that we can continue to help our employees develop in their careers. We want our employees to know that they are valued and appreciated from the moment they walk into orientation on their first day and we encourage all of our employees to give us feedback on how we can improve their experience.

Pros

There are some really great, smart people at the Consultant and Senior Consultant level. Even a few at the Manager level. Open bar at quarterly meetings. Possibly a decent place for people fresh out of college for a year or two.

Cons

No real opportunities for technical advancement. Not really consulting, it's staff augmentation. The higher up in the company, the more out of touch with reality and more of a cheerleader people are. Virtually no credit given to anyone below highest echelons. Interactions are stiff and formal, even when in small group and one-on-one settings. Generic culture and atmosphere. Only focus is on making as much money for the company as possible, not on creating a positive working environment.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We are focused on providing creative solutions. Given the nature of consulting, we cannot ensure that every consultant will be placed on a project that aligns entirely with their skillset , which is why we provide ways to use and advance your skills in other areas and participate in internal projects and initiatives. We offer a technical track for advancement and tech and innovation challenges quarterly. We wish you had a better experience at CapTech and wish you the best of luck with your next opportunity. Thanks again.
