      Columbus office is a great place to work

      Pros

      Great company, good benefits, PTO is excellent, flexible and friendly work environment Other people in the Columbus CapTech office are usually very friendly and helpful Columbus office leadership is easily accessible (you get to know them very well) Company leaders (CEO, etc) are friendly and approachable They do try to match you up with your interests for client projects as much as possible

      Cons

      Like any consulting, it's hard to know what you'll be doing next Some clients are difficult to work with

      Pros

      One of the best places I have worked at. The people are friendly, the management is accessible, and there are plenty of opportunities!

      Cons

      The leadership could engage a bit more with employees to communicate leadership opportunities and what roles are available at different clients, but this is not a really big issue, just a suggestion.

      Humble Leadership, Smart People, Challenging Work

      Pros

      I think we have really humble leaders who, behind closed doors, talk about how we can best help our clients be successful. Ultimately, the method is: do great work for your clients, be intellectually curious, and be a servant leader. Everything else takes care of itself. I'm very attracted to that combination and thankful to be part of a company that does it's best (certainly not perfect) to champion those values, especially across an aggressively expanding national presence. We have more work demand than we have consultant supply because of this.

      Cons

      National expansion is hard - translating the culture to places where CapTech has not previously existed is tough. We hire awesome people nationally it's just hard to replicate an organic culture in every office.
