-Great culture -Agency over your career and ability to implement things your passionate about in the workplace -Great work-life balance -Company leadership is extremely invested in their employees and actually cares what we think

Cons

-The company has experienced some growing pains, but has mitigated them all for the most part -It's exciting to get involved in cool internal projects, but can creep into a work-life balance issue if you're not careful

One of CapTech's core strengths is hiring great people. This means, that once you're in the door, you have the privilege of working with some of the best and brightest in the industry. I love CapTech because they hire the right people, not ONLY the right skills.

Cons

As mentioned, CapTech is growing quickly, so you have to be able to come up with a plan and execute. Though the 'coaching culture' makes it easy to speak your mind, nobody is going to tell you where to take your career. You have to be ready to drive that forward yourself.
