As we continue to grow the firm, this is something which we want to continue to foster as part of our unique culture. Employees are never treated as just a number, but instead the firm recognizes that everyone has a point of view and can contribute different things. This is demonstrated through our #BeYourselfAtWork movement. We recognize that those working remotely, as well as those based on client site can find it more difficult to attend classroom training. Thanks for taking the time to write a review. We are pleased to hear that you feel there is more structure in place to support pipeline management and our sales capabilities. As Capco moves ahead as a newly independent company, we are focused on improving our internal infrastructure in lots of ways to ensure it meets the needs of the business and our people. Our independence provides us with the freedom to re-imagine our internal policies and processes in line with our culture and business demands. While Capco is undergoing a period of internal change due to it's recent independence, this has not resulted in constant changes in leadership. Furthermore, the Capco leadership team remains committed to fostering our unique culture and recognize the value of this to the firm.
