- Lack of opportunities within the company as in no projects - Though you are hired permanently by Capco, you can be terminated anytime if you bring no money to the company. How to bring money in? You have to be assigned to a project. - Job security 👎 - Career growth can be stagnant - Performance review not transparent

- No direction from management, leader - Not much take care employee or mentorship (when already sold the project, you need to survive by yourself) - Lack of growth and career path ( not much thing to do, some ppl cannot work as first time jd discussion and stuck what thing did want to do) - Lack of cooperate services e.g. need to set-up laptop by yourself, fix by yourself - No professional leaders that can inspire to work, be the idol in the workplace - Not clear on promoting & feedback criteria (rare case to get the promote)
