Pros

Capco has a true entrepreneurial culture. If you are one of those who needs hand holding at every stage STAY AWAY!!. You are joining a management consulting and not a Big 4 Advisory practice so you need to on top of your game all year round. (1) Pay better than the big 4. Check out Glassdoor salary surveys for yourself. (2) Bonus structure similar to FS Companies. (3) Generous Vacation Days. Best in the industry (4) Vacation Bonus. You get $1000 bonus if you take 2 consecutive weeks of vacation :) (5) 10k/Year Training budget for every employee to take external training (6) True meritocracy, Performance review 2 times a year. so you do not wait an additional year to get promoted if you came close the last cycle.

Cons

(1) Since the Capco is small projects are concentrated around a couple of key accounts. (2) Job stability can be an issue if you do not build an internal network soon enough. (3) Lot of Travel. Most of the project are in Mid-Tier cities.

Pros

-27 days of vacation for manager+ -There are some great people who get it

Cons

-No work/life balance due to unrealistic workloads, makes taking all that vacation and actually being on vacation incredibly difficult -Had rolling layoffs all year, then increased employee workloads/expectations -Some of the men (MPs and above), have issues working with strong, smart women -Toxic culture in how senior leadership treats people, especially in Canada -Old school FS culture

We appreciate your feedback. At Capco, we take any concerns around burnout, inclusion, and leadership behavior seriously, and we have always placed significant emphasis on strengthening leadership capability, fostering psychological safety, and ensuring our teams feel heard and supported. In Canada, we are proud to have one of our most gender-diverse leadership teams at Capco, and we continue to focus on building an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive, with Be Yourself At Work being a core value of Capco. Many of our employees share positive feedback on work-life balance and inclusion through our internal surveys, and this is also reflected in how we compare favorably to other organizations in our sector on Glassdoor.

Pros

:Salary is good for NYC region :Some colleagues are nice

Cons

: Not fair opportunity or direction for new employees : Favoritism among current employees : Indecision and structural problems in upper managers/ partners : Ad Hoc nature of integration with their parent company Wipro bringing unforeseen outcome and managers/ partners working hard to survive in their own role at the expense of new hires and other employees. : The Role of what promised at hiring/ interviews is not carried out once hired due to political nature with peers : Poor business outlook and pipelines in the department I was hired : Very high turnover I would stay away from this company unless it is your only hope, if you have a choice I would think twice before joining. Try to look up other non-impressive reviews: just select reviews in general and sort out by "most recent" without adding any filters.
