We are delighted to hear that you have enjoyed working at Capco for the past two years - your comment around the "can do attitude" really sums up the Capco culture and the talent we have in the firm. We regularly undertake compensation reviews to ensure that we remain competitive in the market and seek to offer market-leading and innovative benefits which meet the needs of our people. We understand from your comments that you would like to see more guidance from management and communication around where the business is going. We hold regular Town Hall events in all of our locations to provide business updates and communicate the business strategy, however, we also plan to do more in this space for 2017. We are delighted to hear that you found the work challenging and rewarding - Capco's sole focus on the financial services industry, culture of meritocracy and lack of hierarchy affords our people unrivaled access to leadership, interesting and challenging roles and opportunities to progress quickly based on performance. We are disappointed to hear that you found the pay low, since Capco regularly undertakes compensation reviews to ensure that these are competitive in line with our competitors. We also aim to provide positive work environments reflected by our Capco offices, however, we appreciate that many of our people are not always able to work from our offices due to the nature of consulting. Where possible, we encourage our people to come "back to base" whenever possible for specific events or to catch up with colleagues.
