CCH is a good hospital. Up to date equipment, and a new ER and ER radiology department. No complaints.

New equipment. Good environment to work. Coworkers generally get along well. Lots of hours to go around in the summer.

Cons

Sporadic hours for per diems, no guaranteed hours until you obtain a position. Slows down in the winter. Flooded job market for radiology.
