      An Old Boy network for non manger staff. You will be working a long time to be accepted or treated as a human being in the job.

      There's no commute and the pay is decent.

      Cons

      They know they are the only game in town, as such they treat employees badly. They figure, put up with it, or you can drive 60 miles to Boston.
