Pros
The Director was great. I liked my colleagues. Again, I worked there a long time ago so this review may no longer apply. I've been working for myself since, so I had no other company to review.
Cons
At the time I was there, they made a rule that you had to have perhaps 2 new intakes per month but a lot of our clients were severely disabled and that meant there was pressure to reduce therapy frequency for people who needed it more often. They trained us on "short-term therapy" which is great - but it can't be cookie cutter applied to all clients. This is part of why I left. I would like therapy frequency to be left to my discretion by clinical need and not shaped by external pressures.
