Nothing. Absolutely not a single positive thing about working here.

Leadership is run by egos. Respect is demanded. Leaders expect to have absolute rule no matter what. Blame is put on staff for everything. Leaders don't listen or care. Overworked and significantly underpaid. Absolutely no appreciation is shown to staff.
