I enjoyed my time at Cape Fear Valley. I liked the people I worked with, it was like family. Also, there is plenty of room and support for job advancement. Overall, it was a great place to work.

Cons

There was a little bit of drama at times in the department.

Employee workstations are not ergonomic, chairs are often often cheap and broken down and it's a long walk from parking.

Pros

Good benefits. Can count on business not being closed down or moved out of area.

Cons

No emphasis on employee happiness unless you are a doctor or RN. Clerical staff has to make do with broken down chairs, poor lighting, limited training and department heads who treat employees as though we are out to cheat the company in some manner. How long would the hospital be able to function without the clerical staff?
