Pros

Well defined promotion cycles, so it assured you get the opportunity to get promoted.

Cons

Rating system is biased. Observed in 'Sogeti'. They will first calculate the budget and most of the deserving candidates will not be given the proper increment.

Pros

Capgemini is proactively investing in future talent by setting up labs in colleges and signing MoUs, which helps in skilling students and creating a strong pipeline of potential employees. The company maintains good ethical practices and a professional work culture.

Cons

Employees often experience prolonged periods on the bench, which can affect morale and skill retention. There is limited interaction between the Resource Management Group (RMG) and employees, leading to communication gaps and missed opportunities for deployment.
