Pros

Small team with brilliant leadership. The senior executives are smart and knowledgeable of the trends in financial industry. They also have great experience and tenure in banking which is an extremely important requirement to run banks.

Cons

I worked there for less than a year so I didn't see many cons I can talk about. The only thing was that people working from different office locations sometimes caused communication issues which is normal when people don't interact with eahother face to face.

Pros

Opportunities for growth and internal mobility. Some team members are helpful and willing to collaborate. Decent benefits package and job security for a time.

Cons

Low pay for the amount of work expected. Harassment and inappropriate comments were common, with no real action from management. Lack of support and disrespect from leadership made the job unbearable. Unstructured and Minimal training, leaving me to figure things out on my own.
