Pros
Small team with brilliant leadership. The senior executives are smart and knowledgeable of the trends in financial industry. They also have great experience and tenure in banking which is an extremely important requirement to run banks.
Cons
I worked there for less than a year so I didn't see many cons I can talk about. The only thing was that people working from different office locations sometimes caused communication issues which is normal when people don't interact with eahother face to face.
