Pros

All the branch managers are caring and gets to know their employees. The company cares for their workers overall and I think was a great place to work at. They have so many locations and it's great to be able to access a branch nearby.

Cons

A more stressful job because you deal with money and members.

Good Culture, Weird HR Rules

Great company culture, lots of activities to spend time with people within your department and getting to know people outside of your department. They made working there fun and interactive. The spirit of volunteering and giving back was a great draw to the company.

Cons

HR has really strict and weird rules about dress code, and each department followed it their own way. Also, PTO has to be taken as 2 hour increments, which isn't as flexible if you're just leaving a half hour early for a doctor appointment, etc. Certain individuals in my department were TERRIBLE at their jobs and made everyone miserable. Management did nothing. Pay is not nearly what you should be making for the amount of work you do.
