Pros
I love the fact that I am proud of the employer I work for. Capital truly strives to do the right thing for their members, their employees, and the communities that we serve. It helps that we're not for profit, but it goes beyond that. The management at the credit union truly believes in our mission of "doing the right thing" and I think that is rare these days. So often in other companies, upper management says one thing and does another, but the management at Capital has integrity and has earned my respect. I feel so fortunate to work for an organization that treats their employees so well.
Cons
We've had some technical issues with our computer system that have not been fun to deal with, but I know they are addressing those issues as priority number one and are working hard to get solutions to any remaining problems.
