      Very light workload. Good work/life balance. Pay is good, benefits are good, and they strive for employee engagement

      Cons

      Management is a complete joke. Unqualified people abound. No opportunity for growth because of stagnation and indecisiveness at the top.

      Considerate upper management that works well to ensure quality work-life balance. And works with you if you are having any difficulties, they want everyone to succeed! Warm and friendly culture, active philosophy, they really do strive to "Do The Right Thing" Oppunitunity to grown internally and learn many skills

      Cons

      Some of the busier branches can be quite hectic Pay is on the tad lower side. Tellers do so much of the front line work, and pay doesn't reflect the amount of duties and responsibilities we have Health Insurance is going though so growing pains
