Pros

Capital CU goes out of their way to ensure their employees are happy. They continuously conduct surveys to better understand what employees want, what they like/don't like, and how to improve.

Cons

Just like with any larger company, change can take some time (i.e. bureaucracy and whatnot). They have good vision for the future, it can just take a little while to see that vision put into action.
